Water Program Management
Water Infrastructure Projects

IDM Partners is working with the Queensland Department
of Infrastructure, providing program and project management capability
across a suite of critical major infrastructure projects
valued in excess of $5bn. This assignment includes provision of
strategic advice, development of program management systems, and project
performance monitoring. IDM Partners provides procurement,
environmental, land access,
and GIS management services in support of this program.
Power Station Fuel Infrastructure

IDM Partners is working with a Queensland client,
providing project executive and management services in the development
of a long term fuel supply for a significant power station. This
assignment includes strategic support and project leadership, and
implementation of project management
systems within the client team. IDM Partners provides community relations, environmental,
and land access services in support of this project.
Energy Infrastructure

IDM Partners is engaged with a national energy company,
providing program management services across a range of energy
infrastructure projects. Services include system modeling, planning, engineering
management, environmental
and statutory approvals, land access and Native Title clearances,
contracting strategy, construction management,
program monitoring and reporting.
Gas Transmission Pipeline FEED

IDM Partners' people - including the principals and a
number of senior project managers and specialists - were responsible for
management of the Front End Engineering and Design
program for a $4bn, 3800km pipeline project spanning Queensland,
Northern Territory and South Australia.
