Gary Voss
Gary is an
engineering executive with over 20 years experience in all aspects of
infrastructure development and management.
He is experienced in operating
at executive and board level in major infrastructure organisations, and is
skilled at devising and implementing corporate strategies for
the successful development of infrastructure projects.
David Flannagan
David is a
professional Project/Program Director and Project Manager, with over 30
years experience in all aspects of scoping, planning and implementing major
infrastructure development projects.
He has a breadth of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects, including gas, water and
telecommunications, and is skilled in developing and managing effective
delivery structures for complex and challenging projects.
Gerard Coggan
Gerard has over 10
years experience as a Project and Program Manager, with particular
experience in complex project approvals processes.
Gerard’s experience
covers a wide range of projects in both infrastructure development and
consulting, and he is particularly skilled at managing
external project stakeholders – including Government and communities – in the
delivery of positive outcomes for clients.
